Zapp is an app that enable the user to research traditional recipes suggested by local farmer. From the app you can get inspired and purchased recipes directly from the local producers. With Zapp, we want to bridge the gab between city people and farmer and give them a platform for a direct transaction.
/ Interface and Interaction Modality
Zapp is a mobile application. The mission is to facilitate the contact between city people and local producers while supporting a sustainable cooking habit. The suggested recipes are filtered by distance to you and the delivery is as environmentally friendly as possible.
/ User Experience
With a simple login and selection of preferences, you can search for recipes or simply get inspired. Once you have chosen your recipes, you can purchase them and receive them directly at your door within few days. The food is directly shipped from the producers who collaborated on creating the recipes. You can also read more information about the farmers and what they produce.
/ Research and Development Context
A future step for Zapp would be to refine the logistic of the procedure happening after the purchase. We would recruit local producers and facilitate collaboration between them to start a selection of recipes.
